What we charge

It normally takes approximately 10 hrs from start to finish when dealing with mortgages and for this we would normally charge a fee of £250 within 14 days of completion of your mortage. This is for advising upon and arranging a mortgage on your behalf. We also may receive a commission payment (known as a procuration fee) from a mortgage lender for placing your business with them.


  • Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.There may be a fee mortgage advice. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances, but we estimate it will be no more than £1,000. You have the option to pay us a fee and receive any commission which we are paid by the lender. If you choose this option, we estimate that the fee will be 1% of the loan amount.
