Open Market Option (OMO)

This is a facility to get a better pension than what is being offered by your current pension provider(s). It is available through IFA's such as ourselves. New ISA Contribution Limits

As from 6 April 2010 the level for ISA contributions is being raised to £10,200. Anyone aged 50 and over in 2009 can now utilize this extra contribution level.

 

Urgent - Changes to Pension Rules

As from 6 April 2010 the age from which pension benefits can be taken is being raised from 50 to 55. Anyone in this age bracket who is considering accessing benefits, be it the tax free cash element or income will lose this facility. If you wish to take advantage of this you must act now.
